David KennethTHOMASDei The family of the late Dei, formerly of Old Colwyn would like to express their heartfelt thanks to relatives, friends and work colleagues for the numerous cards, visits, messages of sympathy and kindness and support shown to them in their recent sad loss of a very dear husband, son, brother, brother in law, uncle and son in law. Special thanks to the Doctors and staff at Cadwgan Surgery, Old Colwyn, Doctors and nursing staff at Glan Clwyd Hospital and the local District Nurses and carers for their dedicated care and support. Grateful thanks for the generous donations of £1500.00 received in memory of Dei towards Ty Gobaith (Conwy). Sincere thanks to the Rev Canon Quentin Bellamy for his guidance in leading the service in an appropriate and comforting manner and to Hefin and Judith for their friendship and help with all the arrangements. Words cannot express our gratitude for the compassion and support we have received, for which we are truly grateful. Diolch yn fawr iawn i bawb.
